Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper has secretly renamed the "Thérèse Casgrain Volunteer Award",[ which was named after he noted Canadian feminist and political leader],  the "Prime Minister's Volunteer Award".  Recipients are given their award by Stephen Harper and have their photo taken with the prime minister.
