Former NDP Premier Mike Harcourt has abandoned the NDP Party citing disagreements with the Party’s policies on the Carbon Tax, the Kinder Morgan pipeline and the ouster of former leader Carol James.
Canada’s new Medical Marijuana law takes effect April 1st. The law forbids patients from growing their own medicinal pot and restricts supply to only a few commercial, licensed growers, [a system which should result in a huge increase in price.]
