Harper forced to back-pedal on Arctic Naval Port

The new Arctic Naval Port in Nunavut, announced with great hype and fanfare by Stephen Harper's Conservative Government, has been delayed after hitting several snags, including budget cuts, lack of consultation, regulatory road-blocks and an inadequate .airport
