Got those Budget-Shoe Blues

As per tradition, Canada's Finance Minister Jim Flaherty buys new shoes for delivering the Budget: steel toed to make it easier to give charities the boot! [The Conservative Govt. has threatened to pull charitable status from some environmental groups.]

    Hope they really hurt his toes.
    And his ‘skin problems’.
    Perhaps his problem is because his skin is way too thick.
