“Just For Cats” If only we had a “Humane Society” for humans!

Mrs Harper champions the cause of homeless cats. In vancouver, the number of homeless people has risen 250%

The Prime Minister’s wife Laureen Harper spoke at the “Just For Cats” film festival. She fosters homeless cats and raises money and volunteers for the “Humane Society”. Meanwhile, in Vancouver, the number of homeless people has risen 250%
