Gray’s Elegy

Renowned and respected Liberal Parliamentarian and former deputy prime minister Herb Ray dies. Stephen Harper does grant him a State funeral, despite granting one to Conservative Jim Flaherty a week earlier. [State funerals are granted at the whim of the Prime Minister: a "Gray area".
