Ottawa avoids Cyclones

The Canadian Government is planning to cancel the troubles Cyclone Helicopter contract and is looking at other options.

The Canadian Government seems poised to scrap the troubled 5-billion-dollar Cyclone Helicopter contract and has been considering  other options.
